“I’m Neilsons’ law clerk. At the moment I’m working for Edwin helping with discovery for a major case that’s coming up for trial. I’m new, I’ve only been here since November. I have a BA in Political Science and Psychology and I'm currently pursuing my second degree in law. I have three and half years of that degree left and I’ll be clerking at the firm whenever I can.
“The law to me should represent our social environment. I’m interested in practical applications of the law rather than deep theoretical issues, and what the law can do for real people.
“It’s a very close knit team of people here, working on a wide variety of interesting cases. The firm has a supportive family environment and there’s a lot to learn from all the different lawyers who work here.”
