Diana has a MA(Hons) & LLB from the University of Auckland.  She was admitted to the Auckland High Court as a Barrister and Solicitor in October 2010. 

 Diana started her legal career as a criminal defence lawyer with a Community Law Centre before moving to a fraud prosecutions role in a government department.  There, she received an opportunity to learn family law specializing in child protection. 

Diana has also worked in small to medium sized law firms with a particular focus on family law, criminal and civil litigation.  Diana has experience appearing in the High Court, Family Court and District Court.  

Diana is also a lead provider for Legal Aid on family matters. She is passionate about helping children, families and her clients find pragmatic solutions.   

Diana is fluent in Samoan and can provide legal advice in Samoan. 

 Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family and Church.
